This course will walk new hires through how to use their new dashboard. Parts of the dashboard that will be covered will include the following:
- Login page
- Schedule page
- Phone grading pages

In this course we look into the customer experiences for the different booths and the different programs for each booth.
Completing this course will demonstrate an understanding of everything a user is to expect from our products and services from the point of view of a direct user.
Here a level 0 technician will be shown how to accurately and quickly grade the physical flaws on any incoming device, using the dashboard.
This course is a temporary course geared towards arming early technicians with extra information needed to do their job in the early days of the Tech Center.
